The top 10 finishers in their races at the County Championships will be selected to run at the following ‘National Primary Schools/Year 7 Championships’.

We have entered this event in previous years.

Runners for this event can be entered by the family as an individual, particularly if the runner has been involved before and receives ‘promotional’ information about the event. Area Teachers/Managers will inform runners/parents of the selected ‘Warwickshire’ Team immediately after our Championships at  on March 15th so please do not enter as an individual if your son/daughter finishes in the top 10 on the day!

Any runner finishing outside of the top 10 may enter as an individual if he/she and family wish to participate in the National Event although I would remind everyone that as a ‘National’ event the standards are quite high so an individual entry must be carefully considered! Please feel free to contact WSAA for advice regarding making an individual entry if you are uncertain of required standards of performance. Regular club runners will be more aware of the levels required!

Year 3 and 4 Runners may be entered for the Championships as representatives of their Area. Further information /advice will be posted at a later date.

There will be an entry fee £16.75 for this event.
